Hand & Stone Chanhassen is seeking a talented, caring, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our locally owned spa.

Here you do more than provide a facial. They listen to each client's concerns, create customized skincare plans, recommend services and products that support real results, and build relationships that keep clients coming back.

We are looking for someone who combines excellent technical skills with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a desire to grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in MN
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
