Position Overview


We are seeking a talented, passionate, and bilingual Licensed Esthetician to join our NYC spa/med spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional skincare techniques and an active social media presence that aligns with wellness, beauty, or aesthetics.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with clients both in person and online, providing excellent skincare services while also promoting treatments, skincare tips, and the spa’s brand to a growing audience.



Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of skincare services, including facials, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct professional skin assessments and recommend individualized skincare regimens.
• Educate clients on proper homecare, products, and follow-up treatments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to all NYS sanitation guidelines.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa services, events, and promotions through social media engagement.
• Create and share before-and-after photos, skincare tips, or product features (when permitted and in compliance with privacy rules).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branded content or influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Esthetician License (required).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of spa, med spa, or salon experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, products, and non-invasive treatments.
• Active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, or similar) focused on beauty, skincare, or wellness.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
