Diviniti Salon & Spa in Matthews has two spa rooms available for immediate use. We're looking for a licensed esthetician and a massage Therapist to join our team. We have private spa rooms available inside our established salon and are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow their business in a supportive environment.
This opportunity offers flexibility depending on how you prefer to work.
Compensation Options
$300 per week private room rental OR 60/40 commission split (salon provides everything you need so you can focus on your clients)
Special introductory promotion: First month room rental FREE
Responsibilities
Provide professional services
Maintain a clean, relaxing treatment room environment
Build relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits
Follow all sanitation and licensing requirements
Requirements
Valid North Carolina Esthetician or Massage Therapist License
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and reliable
Motivated to build and grow a client base
