Our locally owned Hand & Stone is looking for a Licensed Esthetician who enjoys providing personalized facials, educating clients, and building a loyal clientele. We’re looking for someone who can connect great treatments with thoughtful home care recommendations and a plan that keeps clients coming back.


What you’ll do

• Consult with clients about their skin concerns, current routines, and treatment goals.
  
  
• Perform facials and approved advanced services within your training and state license.
  
  
• Recommend appropriate treatment enhancements and home care products.
  
  
• Explain recommendations clearly so clients understand how they support their skin goals.
  
  
• Encourage rebooking and consistent care to build lasting client relationships.
  
  
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, sanitation standards, and an organized treatment room.
  
  
• Partner with the front desk to support appointments, client follow-up, and a smooth guest experience.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing education and regular coaching on service quality, retail sales, and client retention.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• An active esthetics license in the state where you’ll work.
  
  
• Strong consultation skills and a commitment to safe, personalized skin care.
  
  
• Comfort recommending products and services and working toward sales goals.
  
  
• A friendly, professional approach that helps clients feel at ease.
  
  
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
  
  
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.
