Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stonecrest is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Stonecrest, GA. If you love helping clients look and feel their best in a relaxing, professional spa environment, this is the opportunity for you!

We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high quality, result driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, dermalifusion as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels.


Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for clients
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals•Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars•
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room at all times
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage rebooking and membership enrollment
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Experience
• Valid Georgia Esthetician license required
• Must carry liability insurance
• Previous experience in a spa and esthetics setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of facial techniques, chemical exfoliation, and waxing services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for skincare and a commitment to client satisfaction
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor
