What You’ll Do
- Perform sugaring services using sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique
- Educate clients on skin conditioning, pre/post care, and home care recommendations
- Help clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable throughout their experience
- Recommend memberships, products, and additional services based on client needs
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and studio environment
- Build relationships that encourage client retention and referrals
- Learn studio systems, procedures, and scheduling software

Requirements
- Active California Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- 1+ year of hands-on esthetics or beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and professional work ethic
- Comfortable educating clients on products, memberships, and services
- Comfortable providing services for all genders
