    What You'll Do

    As a Fire Alarm Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial life safety installations while helping guide project success.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Lead commercial fire alarm installation projects from start to finish

    • Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems

    • Perform panel installations, device programming, and system commissioning

    • Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and technical drawings

    • Ensure all work meets NFPA 72 standards and applicable local codes

    • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams

    • Mentor and support Apprentice, Helper, Level I, Level II, and Level III technicians

    • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

    What We're Looking For

    • Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)

    • Proven commercial fire alarm installation experience

    • Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and life safety system requirements

    • Experience with panel programming, device installation, testing, and troubleshooting

    • Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
