What You'll Do
As a Fire Alarm Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality commercial life safety installations while helping guide project success.
Responsibilities include:
Lead commercial fire alarm installation projects from start to finish
Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
Perform panel installations, device programming, and system commissioning
Read and interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and technical drawings
Ensure all work meets NFPA 72 standards and applicable local codes
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams
Mentor and support Apprentice, Helper, Level I, Level II, and Level III technicians
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site

What We're Looking For
Active Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL)
Proven commercial fire alarm installation experience
Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and life safety system requirements
Experience with panel programming, device installation, testing, and troubleshooting
Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
