This is a great opportunity for professionals who love the craft of hairstyling and take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.

At Floyd's, you control your earning potential: start at 40% commission and work your way up to 55% with no caps, or choose the stability of guaranteed hourly pay. No matter which path you take, your effort directly drives your income. We pay out weekly based on performance-what you bring in is what you take home. The Growth You Help Create as a Hair Stylist/Barber

This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demand. Your schedule will align with the busy pace of a thriving barbershop, with an emphasis on delivering great service during peak times.

Each day starts with setting up your station and reviewing your bookings. You'll greet clients, consult on their style goals, and provide haircutting and grooming services that leave them looking and feeling their best. You'll serve a wide range of clients while maintaining high service standards in a fast-moving environment. Team collaboration is encouraged, giving you the chance to share techniques and learn from others.

Our Ideal Hair Stylist/Barber

• Active Massachusetts barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and making people feel great
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
