We are seeking experienced Remote Medicare Sales Agents to help eligible consumers understand their Medicare options and select coverage that meets their needs. This opportunity is ideal for proven Medicare sales professionals who are licensed in multiple states and have demonstrated success working and selling in a fully remote environment.
Agents have access to the latest sales technology and tools to help streamline the enrollment process and support them in closing sales. The company also provides a supportive, team-oriented environment with training, coaching, and ongoing guidance.
Responsibilities
Speak with prospective Medicare members by phone and assess their coverage needs.
Explain Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plan options clearly and accurately.
Recommend appropriate plan options while following all CMS regulations and carrier guidelines.
Complete applications accurately and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet established sales, quality, compliance, and productivity goals.
Participate in required training, coaching, and team meetings.
Maintain a professional, confidential, and distraction-free remote workspace.
Requirements
Active health insurance licenses in multiple states.
Proven experience selling Medicare products remotely.
Strong knowledge of Medicare plans, enrollment periods, and CMS compliance requirements.
Demonstrated Medicare sales performance in a phone-based environment.
Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while consistently meeting performance expectations.
High-speed, reliable internet service.
Dual-monitor home-office setup.
Quiet and professional workspace.
Ability to complete required carrier certifications and background screening.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive compensation package with a generous commission structure. Commission for each eligible policy comes with an initial payment following the sale and a bonus payments the following months
