What You’ll Earn
- Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)
- Commission paid weekly
- Average total compensation: $60,000–$85,000/year
- No cold calling – receive 15–20 qualified inbound calls daily
Work Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day Fridays!)
Responsibilities
- Handle 15–20 inbound calls/day from interested clients
- Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
- Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
- Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required)
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
- Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
