Midwest Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We provide top-quality heating, cooling, and ventilation services to both residential and commercial customers, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering excellent work and customer service.

What You’ll Do

•  Install, service, and repair HVAC systems 
•  Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues 
•  Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups 
•  Communicate clearly with customers and team members 
•  Ensure all work meets safety standards and code compliance 
•  Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle professionally 
•  Represent the company with professionalism at all times 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years HVAC experience preferred
•  HVAC certification/license as required by Missouri or local regulations 
• EPA Section 608 Certification required
•  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
•  Excellent customer service and communication abilities 
•  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
•  Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
