This full-time, onsite role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong diagnostic, repair, and installation experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components efficiently and accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
- Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and service execution
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekend and after-hours service as scheduled
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC diagnostic, repair, and installation experience
- Valid D or B HVAC License (required)
- Must provide basic hand tools
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
