Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Vermont
Job Summary
We are hiring a Vermont-licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a fully virtual care model. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on structured therapy sessions, clear treatment goals, and consistent follow-up with adult clients—without the interruptions of in-person practice.
Responsibilities
Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
Document clinical encounters in an electronic system
Review progress and update care plans as needed
Follow Vermont LICSW standards and telehealth guidelines
Requirements
Active Vermont LICSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work
Clinical experience providing mental health therapy
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
