Key Responsibilities:
Perform assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs
Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
Create and modify individualized treatment plans
Support clients with resources to enhance well-being
Maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work
Active LICSW license in Iowa
Prior experience in telehealth or clinical practice preferred
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and advocacy strategies
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
