Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Virtual Role in Iowa
Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMSalary:$115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client progress
Offer guidance and support to individuals and families
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Active LICSW license in Iowa
Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or nonprofit settings is preferred
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
