Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker –Full-Time
Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PMSalary:$115,000 - $120,000 per year
Help bridge the gap in mental health care by delivering therapy services through a seamless virtual platform. This role offers licensed clinicians the chance to work remotely, providing essential support while we manage all administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and create tailored treatment plans
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
Help clients navigate personal challenges and mental health concerns
Ensure timely documentation and case management
Connect clients with appropriate community services and resources
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work
Active LICSW license in Iowa
Previous experience in telehealth, outpatient, or clinical settings preferred
Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client advocacy
