We’re one of the top-selling Allstate agencies in Texas, and we’re growing fast. Our high-performing team is expanding, and we’re looking for a licensed, experienced Inside Sales Representative to focus on cross sales, winbacks, re-quotes, x-dates.
This role is perfect for someone who loves closing, understands follow-up discipline, and knows how to turn “not right now” into “let’s do it.”

Compensation & Benefits
- Target total compensation: $60,000–$75,000 per year (base + uncapped commission)
- Additional incentives based on productivity; not guaranteed
- Base pay: Hourly pay + commission up to 12% on premium sold
- Sign-on bonus: $3,000 after 3 months if sales goals are met

Primary Responsibilities
- Re-quote existing customers to capture missed opportunities
- Handle cross sales (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life)
- Work winback leads from prior Allstate customers
- Proactively manage x-dates and renewal opportunities
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
- Ask for bundling, life insurance, and P&C referrals on every opportunity
- Overcome objections related to price, timing, and coverage
- Set and keep specific follow-up dates and times
- Accurately document activity in CRM and referral tracking tools
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Prior Allstate experience strongly preferred
- Proven inside sales or insurance follow-up experience
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Comfortable with high call volume and texting
- Confident, coachable, and resilient mindset
