Base salary of $30,000 to $40,000 based on experience plus personal production numbers. First year commissions generally around $20,000 & top performers in our agency make $40,000 in additional commission. Bonuses are rewarded based on success of the agency.

Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist policyholders with policy changes, endorsements, and claims inquiries.
  • Educate clients on their coverage and recommend appropriate policy adjustments as needed.
  • Process renewals and endorsements efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
  • Responsible for driving some new business through internet leads.

Requirements
  • Valid Ohio P&C Insurance License Required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
  • A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
