Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Quote and write new personal lines and small commercial business.
- Serve existing clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims reporting.Conduct coverage reviews and identify gaps and the right products to fill them.
- Work with agency-generated leads, referrals, an established book of business, and prospects you develop on your own.
- Maintain accurate records in our agency management system.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Ohio Property & Casualty license required.
- Insurance experience preferred commercial lines exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with both relationship-based service and consultative sales.
- Someone who wants to grow and keep learning.
