Eisdorfer AAA Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and professional Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Davie, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who wants to build relationships, develop new business, and be rewarded for strong sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting

• Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
• \n
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• \n
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities
• \n
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and grow customer accounts
• \n
• Provide a professional and exceptional customer experience
• \n
• Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow all company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Florida 2-20 or 20-44 mandatory and 2-15 license preferred
• \n
• Insurance sales experience
• \n
• Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business
• \n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• \n
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
