Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Talk with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage options

Build quotes, review policy details, and help clients make informed decisions

Develop lasting relationships through attentive service and thoughtful follow-up

Respond to questions, policy changes, and service requests with care and accuracy

Identify opportunities to round out coverage and protect what matters most to each client

Keep accurate records of client conversations, quotes, and policy activity

Work closely with the agency team to support a smooth and positive client experience

Stay current on product changes, carrier updates, and insurance regulations


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license

Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar client-facing sales role

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written

Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently

Comfort working with clients in person and over the phone

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or agency management systems

Organized approach to follow-up, quoting, and policy documentation

Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, preferred

Bilingual communication skills, preferred
