In this role, you'll develop relationships within your community, educate clients on their insurance options, and provide personalized coverage recommendations across a variety of personal and commercial insurance products.
What You'll Do
- Sell Personal and Commercial Lines insurance using a consultative, needs-based approach.
- Educate clients on coverage options, including Auto, Home, and related insurance products.
- Build, maintain, and grow a book of business through new client acquisition and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide exceptional service to support client retention and renewals.
- Utilize available agency systems, technology, and resources to efficiently manage client interactions.
What You'll Bring
- Active Virginia Personal Lines insurance license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance sales experience required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload and prioritize effectively.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
