Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
- Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage solutions, and close new business.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate protection as their needs evolve.
- Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and underwriting guidelines.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Life & Health Insurance License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience.
- Proven track record of successful insurance sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
