Responsibilities

Help clients understand their insurance options and choose coverage that fits their needs.

Build trust through friendly, honest conversations and responsive follow-up.

Generate quotes, review policy details, and guide clients through the application process.

Maintain accurate records and keep policy information up to date.

Identify opportunities to support clients with additional or updated coverage.

Respond to questions, changes, and concerns with care and professionalism.

Work closely with carriers and internal contacts to move policies forward smoothly.

Stay informed on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry updates.

Support a welcoming office experience for clients who visit or call in.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty insurance license

Prior insurance sales or customer service experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently

Comfort working with clients in person and by phone

Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools

Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and carrier guidelines

Reliable attention to detail when preparing quotes and policy documents

Preferred: experience with personal lines or commercial lines insurance

Preferred: familiarity with the Randolph, Vermont market or surrounding communities
