Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Insurance Agent role is based in San Jose, CA. The Licensed Insurance Agent will meet with individuals, families, and small business clients to assess their health and financial protection needs and recommend appropriate health, Medicare, life, and supplemental insurance products. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining policy options and benefits, preparing quotes, and supporting clients through the application and enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of carrier offerings and regulatory requirements, following up with existing clients for renewals and coverage reviews, and documenting interactions and policy changes in accordance with company standards. Agents collaborate with internal teams, leverage the HealthMarkets technology platform, and participate in training and sales meetings to achieve performance goals and deliver high-quality customer experiences.\n
