Overview

We’re looking for licensed Medicare agents (2-15 or 2-40) who know their way around plans, clients, and closing deals.

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping Medicare-eligible clients understand their options, choose the right coverage, and enroll with confidence. If you’re strong on the phones, confident explaining plans, and motivated by performance—this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound leads and guide prospects through the Medicare plan selection process
• Break down benefits, coverage, and costs in a clear, client-friendly way
• Assist clients with applications and enrollments from start to finish
• Stay compliant with CMS guidelines and carrier requirements
• Hit weekly sales targets and performance metrics
• Build trust quickly and create a smooth, no-pressure client experience
