Personal Lines Insurance position. Experienced as a licensed insurance agent in Virginia with provable experience within an Independent Agency.

Base Salary plus Commission Opportunities on Life Insurance

• Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, assisting with policy-related questions and clarifications.
• Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues raised by customers, striving to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Customer Education: Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.

• Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
