Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective policyholders, delivering exceptional customer service
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and claims
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support clients with auto, home, life, and commercial insurance needs
- Assist clients through the claims process, providing guidance and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
Requirements:- Active New York Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Prior experience in insurance customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn agency management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
