Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing detailed explanations of their insurance policies.
Policy Servicing: Manage and update customer profiles and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards.
Claims Assistance: Support clients in the claims process, guiding them through necessary steps, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Product Education: Provide clients with comprehensive information about insurance products and services to support their decision-making.
Customer Retention: Engage clients proactively to enhance their satisfaction and encourage long-lasting relationships with the agency.
Feedback Management: Actively collect and report client feedback to improve service offerings and customer experiences.
Licensing: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Background in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Empathy: Strong capability to relate to clients' needs and concerns.
