Were looking for a licensed, customer-driven Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and has a strong desire to take care of clients while helping the agency continue to grow.
In this role, youll be a key point of contact for our clients, assisting with policy service, coverage questions, account updates, billing questions, retention, and overall customer support. Were looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and delivering a high level of service every day.
This role offers a base annual salary of $50,000 ! Plus commission & Bonus opportunities to increase your earning potential to $75,000+

Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies and claims processing.
Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, amendments, and cancellations in collaboration with policyholders.
Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve client issues, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Information Updates: Keep client records up-to-date and accurately documented in the company's database.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products to better assist and advise clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and claims teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience servicing Property & Casualty insurance customers is required.
Licensing: Must have an active Property & Casualty license
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate details clearly and positively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate and resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping people.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling customer information and insurance policies.
Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site in Cedar Park, Texas. 8:30 to 5:30 Monday Through Friday.
Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
