Salary Range: $38000.00 - $42000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Enthusiasm, optimism, and a willingness to see the good in every situation.
