What You'll Do


• Call and follow up with prospective clients
• Quote and close personal insurance products
• Work agency-provided leads
• Build your pipeline and follow up consistently
• Hit activity and production goals


What Success Looks Like


• 100 outbound dials per day
• 2.5 hours of talk time
• 5 households quoted daily
• 2 items written per day
