Licensed Insurance Producer (Experienced Only)

The Christian Slayton Insurance Agency is a 27-year, award-winning Farmers Insurance agency built on performance, accountability, and growth.

We are currently seeking a licensed, experienced insurance producer who can generate business, close consistently, and maximize opportunities.

This is NOT an entry-level position.

Salary Range: $36000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and close Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies
• Work inbound leads and develop your own pipeline
• Cross-sell and round out existing accounts
• Maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline
• Provide excellent customer service to drive retention
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Active Property & Casualty License (Required)
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience (Required)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in-office, full-time
