As a Licensed Insurance/Sales Producer (LSP), you will play a key role in developing our local Allstate agency by connecting with new and existing clients to provide coverage for lifes ever-changing needs. This position is with The Runden Agency, LLC, an Allstate Exclusive Agent. Employment is not directly with Allstate Insurance Company but with the agency as an independent contractor.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $130000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve sales goals by generating new business and retaining loyal customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach, inbound response, and exceptional service.
• Policy Customization: Create tailored insurance solutions that meet customer needs.
• Networking: Develop and maintain professional and community relationships that drive business growth.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on local and national insurance trends that impact the agency and our clients.

• Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs.
• Collaboration: Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
