Entry level applicants start with a base Salary of $40,000 while experienced candidates have a salary of $60,000.

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with new and current clients, providing expert advice on insurance policies tailored to their specific needs.
Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding, reviewing, and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they receive optimal coverage.
New Business: Proactively identify potential clients and generate new business through various sales techniques and networking opportunities.
Cross-selling: Recognize opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional products and services.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends to offer clients up-to-date and relevant recommendations.
Licensing: Must possess an active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
