Position Overview
Usery Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing Allstate team. This is a hybrid opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing new business, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions.
Our producers focus on sales—not policy servicing. We have a dedicated service team, allowing you to spend your time developing new business and growing your income.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new insurance business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Achieve individual sales and production goals.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry changes.
- Accurately document sales activity and customer information.
Qualifications- Active GA Property & Casualty license required.
- Georgia license - resident or non-resident - required before your start date.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Life license is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
