We're seeking a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent to join our team onsite in Jacksonville. You'll build client relationships, write new personal and commercial lines business, and grow a book through referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
Generate P&C sales through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, mortgage brokers, builders)
Cross-sell personal and commercial insurance products to existing clients
Maintain compliance with carrier and state regulatory requirements
Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and client service needs

Required Qualifications
Active Florida 2044 Personal Lines license
1–2 years of insurance sales experience (personal lines)
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and quoting platforms
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Florida 220 General Lines license
Commercial lines experience
Agency management system experience
College degree
