Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Zeno Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our Pasadena office as a full-time sales agent.

This position combines the security of a dependable hourly base with commission and bonus opportunities designed to reward production. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, understands how to identify insurance needs and is comfortable turning those conversations into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate has insurance sales experience and understands that long-term success comes from a combination of production, customer relationships and consistent follow-through.

This is an in-office position for someone who wants to sell and grow.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Quote and sell personal-lines insurance products

Work with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and opportunities

Cross-sell additional products when appropriate

Develop customer relationships and referral opportunities

Work toward established individual sales and activity goals

Confident and professional communication skills

Strong organization and follow-through

Comfortable prospecting, following up and asking for the business

Ability to work in our Pasadena office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.5:30 p.m.

Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
