Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Effectively explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to clients in clear, understandable terms.
Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products that best meet their needs and financial goals.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for client retention and growth.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency's systems.
Valid Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
A genuine desire to help people and understand their unique insurance needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office environment.
