Our successful agency is growing, and we are seeking an individual who is friendly and professional, has good communication skills, is self-driven, has the ability to stay calm under pressure and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives.  We are seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative with experience who is ready to take their career to the next level. Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is preferred license

• Service and support existing client accounts, including policy changes, coverage questions, and renewals
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations

• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience
