Salary Range: $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Meet with local families and business owners to discuss their insurance needs and how we can best protect them.

Prepare personalized quotes that align with the specific goals and life stages of our clients.

Reach out to prospective customers to build interest in our comprehensive insurance offerings.

Assist existing policyholders with updates to their coverage as their lives evolve.

Manage incoming requests for information with warmth and helpfulness.

Contribute to our office culture by sharing new ideas and supporting your teammates.

Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license.

Active Oklahoma Life & Health license.

Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing service role.

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and digital tools simultaneously.

Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain, simple language.

Ability to work in-person at our Durant office.

Prior experience with Farmers Insurance systems is a significant plus.
