INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. if you enjoy building relationships, helping clients find the right solutions, and being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed established production and sales quotas.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Maintain accurate clients records and follow up on leads.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay current on industry products, licensing requirements and company offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current professional insurance license is a plus (preferred; compensation is based on the license(s) you currently hold.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-driven with a commitment to achieving production expectations.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation is competitive and is based on your current professional license(s) and relevant experience.
- Base Salary: $35,000 - $50,000
- Projected Total Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000+ per year (base salary plus commissions and bonuses; based on performance)
