Salary Range: $45000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and concerns.
• Develop and present customized insurance solutions that provide optimal protection.
• Guide clients through the application and policy issuance process with clarity and support.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance matters.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer additional valuable products.
• Collaborate with the agency team to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed company sales goals.

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Proven success in a sales role, ideally within insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine desire to help clients secure their future.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Comfort with technology and standard office software.
