Responsibilities

A typical day looks like:

1.Team Huddle promptly at 8:00am Monday Friday.

2.Engage with prospective customers and create insurance quotes over the phone.

3.Provide consistent customer interactions with noted details for follow-up.

4.Collaborate with other Carriers, when fitting for the best results.

5.Have a CAN DO attitude and a smile in your voice!

1. Is prior Lead-based Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience required?
2. No; but it is a PLUS. We will invest in training the right person.
3. Will I be required to purchase my own leads?
4. Absolutely NOT.
5. Is this commission only?
6. Not unless you choose it. For example, Protege-learning to become an Agency Owner-after 12mos is for 90 days. Then a base plus commissions kick in.
7. What would career growth look like for me?

9. What type of training will I receive?
