Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
- Effectively close sales and onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Practiced any sport
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
