Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new auto, home, and related insurance policies through inbound and outbound sales
  • Conduct needs analysis, provide accurate quotes, and guide clients through policy binding
  • Maintain consistent daily activity levels including calls, quotes, and follow-ups
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Build long-term client relationships through ethical sales and disciplined follow-up

Requirements
  • An active insurance license is required
  • Previous Allstate insurance experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in phone and client interactions
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback quickly
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable in a performance-based environment
