What We're Looking For

• Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting
  
• Insurance sales experience preferred
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Comfortable talking with customers and prospective customers
  
• Motivated by sales goals and earning potential
  
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
  
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and prospective customers
  
• Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  
• Prepare quotes and explain insurance options
