Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and agency objectives with the support of your team.
• Build connections with clients, local businesses, and community members.
• Call leads, share insurance options, and guide customers toward the right coverage.
• Provide friendly, professional service and treat every customer like family.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, and community outreach.
• Take part in training to build your sales skills and insurance knowledge.

• Must have minimum 1 Year insurance experience with proven SALES track record at ALLSTATE and/or STATE FARM.
• Some College preferred but not required.
• Must be motivated, hungry and have a positive attitude.
• Must have an ACTIVE Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to call leads and convert to sales
• MUST be able to maintain a CRM such as LEAD MANAGER or Agency Zoom for prospecting and follow-up
• Candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and hit performance requirements.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a drive to succeed.
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and digital tools.
