This role is available for both part time and full time with a different compensation structure. Part-time role is 5-6 hours/day.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, focusing on life, auto, and home policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
  • Required to take inbound calls and provide customer service.

Requirements
  • MN State Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A genuine interest in helping people protect their future.
  • Self-starter mentality and strong organizational skills.
