This role offers a gauranteed base salary of $2,000 per month, with total earning potential of $75,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities. COMMISSION IS UNCAPPED!

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer solutions that protect their futures.
• Help existing policyholders review their current coverage to ensure it matches their life changes.
• Process applications and manage client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain active communication with the agency to share insights and support our shared goals.
• Engage with the community to represent our agency values and grow our local presence.

• Illinois Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Illinois Life & Health insurance license.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role where you built relationships is preferred.
• Strong comfort level with computers and learning new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Capacity to pass a background check.
